I had Alhambra for about 20yrs plus until one day when the driver talked back to me about his pricing rather rudely & the difficulty in reaching out to someone who I cud talk to gave it away...while I have at times not been able to connect with csr, Jack (mgr) has always responded to my text or calls & always took care of any issues I may have...that one on one interacation seals the deal for me. Im on my 2nd driver now & both have provided good service...the gallon prices have inched up & there is a delivery fee but If the delivery service is good, then Iam good!

Our delivery man is very nice! He picks up our bottles and replaces them with full, and he always has a smile. Very refreshing. When we started our delivery service we ran short. I received 3 confirmation calls that we would have bi-weekly delivery. It made me feel special to get that kind of personal care. Thankyou!
