Friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell they love what they do and are passionate about it and provide the best service. Not just for me but I saw it with other customers as well. I went to get tires and bike tubes for my vintage bike and they were really patient and helpful with my questions.

I’m restoring an old bike. The mechanic did a quick once over of it and recommend what I buy to get it back on the road. Didn’t try to upsell me on anything, just what he thought it needed to get it moving again! He also found something else wrong with my other bike, fixed it in literally 30 seconds, and then refused to charge me because it was such a small fix. I’ll be bringing my bikes back here when something big goes wrong with them!

I needed some work done on my Ebike. Most of the shops I called would only work on certain brands and my bike wasn’t one of them. This put me in a difficult situation. Chris was nice enough to do the work on my bike even though they normally don’t do work on my bike brand. Work was finished the next day. Thanks Chris.
