I have used the service department at Wheel and Sprocket several times and have been impressed with the quick, quality service I received. My most recent visit was October 8 for a flat tire. Chris, the technician, was very informative. I have had a number of flat tires and he said it is likely that I am not inflating my tires to the proper pressure. He is right!

Excellent customer service - knowledgeable sales staff - Phil was exceptional! Went over all the specs of the bike that I did end up purchasing. Was very patient as I took it out for 3 test rides and made numerous adjustments/fine tunings so it fit me perfectly! I love my new bike and I appreciate your staff! Thanks

The staff is always very helpful. I came in to find some parts to fix the brakes on my bike and the technician who helped me went out of his way to explain what I would need to do. This is pretty much on par for every time I visit the store.
