John, Chris, and Toby provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service. My husband and I called on Friday, June 27, 2025, from REI. My Trek 1.2 had a nondriver side arm issue. My pedal had flown off while riding and we weren't able to screw it back on. Initially we took it to REI. The mechanic there did her best to help but was unable to get the pedal back on. She recommended replacing the arm but getting a new arm would take 5-7 days: unacceptable. I immediately called Wheel and Sprocket and spoke with Tobi. They had the arm but was closing at 7p. The time was 6:40p. They said as long as we got there within 15 minutes they could help. We arrived within minutes. Chris took my bike and began working on it immediately. He was training someone else, but they were able to salvage the original arm and put my pedal back on. We kept thanking them and rushing along because they were to close in like 5 minutes. John and Chris told us not to worry, and they were there to help. I had other questions about my seat--John suggested a new one and I listened, and they put it on. John assured me if I wasn't happy with it within 30 days, I could return it. They also showed us how to take off the front wheel easier than we were doing initially. We were so very thankful for John, Chris, and Tobi's professionalism, concern for the customer no matter what time it was, and friendly knowledgeable service. We truly felt valued so much so that we returned the next day, June 28, 2025, with both bikes, our Trek FX 1 and 1.2. We bought lights (for both bikes) and a bottle holder. John remembered us and put everything on. He showed patience, professionalism, and friendly attentiveness that he did 6:55p the day before. Thank you, Wheel and Sprocket, for having great service guys that genuinely care about their customers. This Wheel and Sprocket location is our new go to bike shop. Thanks again!
Great experience and good customer service. Wasn't expecting to have my son's flat tire serviced right away. Everyone I encountered was very nice and helpful.
The workers were very good with interacting even with multiple customers. They acknowledged me even though they were helping someone else. They told me I’d be next on their list. The worker was helpful.
