Phillip was great to work with. He took the time to make sure I fully understood my options in considering which bike was best for me. He has an immense knowledge in everything cycling and I have learned more from my experience. Everyone I interacted with during my many visits to the store were positive and friendly. My partner and I love our bikes that we bought from this shop, and the service has been great. Recently brought our bikes in for a new kickstand and a new tube for the back tire and they quickly took care of both with great service and great cost. Highly recommend!

I went to a workshop on bicycle drive trains at the Brookfield location. The host/instructor (I believe his name was Chris and he was the Service Manager) was excellent. The topic can be very complex and the attendees may know very little. Chris moved between simple and complex with ease. Think everyone came away learning quite a bit. Looking forward to the next class on brakes.

Your Brookfield location completed the repairs accurately and efficiently, and early! It was for my 13 year old son's bike, which he paid for with his own money - and your technician was very nice in talking with him and explaining the repairs done. We have enjoyed your service over the years and look forward to many happy miles ahead.

The crew was just full of excitement and kindness! It was an amazing purchasing experience, I think helped by having a shared interest in a particular type of bike. The guys were passionate about bikes, took an interest in my story, and made it feel like a fun atmosphere. It’s not my closest Wheel & Sprocket but it’s definitely my preferred one!
