As always, Wheel and Sprocket is the best. Phil in Brookfield was super knowledgeable about trailer hitch bike racks, and the whole team helped to get me the rack as soon as possible for an upcoming trip. I'll be back next time I need anything!

I received excellent customer service from Phil about some fit issues with my bike (which I also bought from w&s and love). He really took his time with us and made sure that my issues were addressed and resolved. He helped me have fun riding my bike again! It’s rare to have such great customer service these days. Thank you!

Took my ride into W&S the other day and was treated very professionally and with rapid response. The repair shop attended to my problem quickly and gave me a quick assessment of the problem. Chris (the repair shop guy) indicated what the problem may be with two options, but said it was a quick fix. It was a quick fix, and he asked if I wanted to wait. I said yes. He then asked if I wanted to watch how he made the repair and explained the tools and method for making the repair. The repair was indeed quick and the cost was reasonable. I'll go back again!

Great products and helpful staff! The guy who helped me with my bike was really nice and not pushy. He pointed out that if I purchased that day there happened to be 15% off. That was a nice perk. So when I picked up the bike, I bought pedals for it too. I absolutely LOVE the bike!
