Top knotch customer service! Having knowledgeable, educational team members to inform and guide me as a customer is super important to me when making a big investment in a product like an E-bike. I visited the Wheel & Sprocket Delafield store first -- and Trent spent meaningful time with me introducing me to both traditional and E-bike options. He talked through pro's and con's, encouraged me to test ride a few different models, and patiently answered my questions. He also encouraged me to take some time to marinate - and to "let the bike pick me." That stuck with me. A week later, I went to the W&S Brookfield store and, on two different visits, had a good experience with Phil and then with Rafi. All of these interactions helped me solidify my purchase selection of the Trek Verve 3 E-bike. Then the phenomenal exclamation point experience was with Laurie when I came to pick up my new bike. I think she spent nearly 90 minutes with me - walking me through all the need to know, good to know, and keep in mind tips and strategies as a new E-bike rider and owner. Then she even helped me get the E-bike loaded on my new bike carrier and patiently tightened and securied the carrier safely. She was amazing! W & S is fortunate to have her make the trip from Minnesota to amplify your staff. I also had a great interaction with Chris in Service - who looked over my daughter's bike, did a couple quick tweaks, and advised that we did not need a tune up. I appreciate the honesty and integrity. Service, knowledge, patience, honesty, integrity - those are hard to find and keep me coming back!

The sales people are super friendly and quickly connect you with the right staff, even on a busy Saturday. The service guy, Nate, was awesome. He listened to what I wanted and didn't try to over sell me, which I so appreciate. Also, he directed my back to sales when I had questions out of his wheel house and the sales guy helped me find exactly what I needed. Looking forward to getting my bikes back and riding again this summer, heeler included :)

I always feel welcome and accepted when I come for help at Wheel and Sprocket. I recently came in and was very embarrassed that I didn't understand how to fill my tires with air, but Phil immediately jumped in to help me and didn't let me feel bad for a second! I will always recommend Wheel and Sprocket to everyone I know. I am always grateful for the help when I come in with questions.
