The two gentlemen in the service department which was on the 5-12-2025 have always been very helpful. ( don’t know their names) I have been going to that store for about 8 years and have bought multiple full suspension bikes with great help. My only complaint is that i wish the store it self had more bike tools, mountain bike gear and parts ……also more options for bike racks. i prefer shopping in stores rather than shopping on Amazon. Took my Trek, purchased there 5 years ago, for a tire repair and the associate was so helpful and friendly. He also went above and beyond by sprucing up my bike by oiling my chain and wiping everything down.

I purchased a bike from the brookfield location. I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience, I cant remember his name but the sales associate was extremely thorough. I had a lot of questions and wanted to make sure I got the best bike for my budget. He didn't rush me, wasn't just after the sale.. Instead he gave me all of the info, answered my questions and then ordered the bike for me. My one single complaint is that I waited about 2.5 weeks and never got a call for pick up, when I called to check they said it had been ready and waiting. I wish I'd received a call or text that it was ready.
