I worked with Nick in service on my repair. The type of service and effort he provided is exactly the reason why businesses build customer loyalty and a high return rate. Nick explained everything to me (what he found in his diagnosis, what actions he was taking, and what the expected timeline was to complete the work.) He went above and behind to expedite the fix so that I could get my bike back for an upcoming ride. I have taken the time to provide my feedback (Nick has earned it) and I hope someone will take the time to commend Nick for the work and customer service he provided. You guys have a great reputation within both Trek and the biking community. People like Nick are a big reason why. Thank you for standing behind the brands your represent.
