Bruce Simon, Real Estate Agent, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Bruce was very responsive regarding any issue and demonstrated outstanding competence on any real estate or related business topic. Bruce maintained regular contact throughout the mortgage loan processing process and seller communications regardless of day of the week (including weekends) and throughout the day. Bruce was always accessible by text message, email, or phone at all times of the day. Bruce was extremely focus on maintaining all timing requirements and required deadlines. As a result the buyer (myself) and seller achieved required performance metrics. Bruce was a leader coordinating the buyer's mortgage loan officer, the seller's real estate agent, and his parent company day-to-day business responsibilities and communications. Also, recommended credible quality contact persons to further support the buyer's current and future home buyer needs. Bruce did an outstanding job! I strongly recommend Bruce Simon to any person requiring his assistance in the future.
