Brynn is extremely professional while being friendly and relatable. She listened to my wishes and needs and responded promptly to any questions. She followed up with the seller's realtor and other significant parties throughout the process of purchasing my condo. She was also helpful with recommendations of options for workmen and locations of retailors for things I'd need to update the condo. She really took excellent responsibility and care. I would highly recommend her to others.

Wow! I was very fortunate to work with Brynn on finding my perfect home. I spent a couple of weeks researching real estate agencies and looked at over 100 different realtors in before I decided to work with Brynn. The thing that impressed me the most was her knowledge about the market, Ann Arbor, trends, and intangible details and technical information about homes. I feel like I learned so much in the process of finding the home of my dreams. Another thing that really stood out was that Brynn worked with me. What I mean is that Brynn didn’t try to steer me into anything that didn’t match what my heart wanted. I felt like I had a partner going through this very exciting but stressful and challenging experience to find a home and never once did I feel that we weren’t on the same page. There were a few situations where I asked her opinion and insight and her honest and integrity stopped me from making some rushed decisions. I felt like Brynn put my interest and needs at the forefront of the search and it gave me the confidence to keep looking and not to settle. Most importantly, I had so much fun. Despite it being an emotional and stressful endeavor to find a home during a very hot market, I genuinely enjoyed the experience and had a lot of fun with Brynn trying to find a spot that I wanted to call home forever. The best part is that I get the sense that this is who Brynn really is. It is great that most organizations work hard to train their employees to interact in a certain way or to set the standard for customer satisfaction, but often in those situations you can tell the difference between someone trained to check all the boxes versus someone who genuinely cares and wants to give a world class experience. I felt through the entire experience that I was dealing with a very authentic person who genuinely cares. In a world that has seem to go mad, what a difference it makes to trust the person you’re working with knowing that they authentically care and it’s not just a job for them.
