I came in not knowing what to get for my very picky dog who can't eat chicken products. I asked Joel about it and he was super helpful! His recommendations were great. He was thoughtful and understood my issue. I went home with his recommendations and my dog loved what I brought home! It saved me so much time and stress trying to figure it out. Great selection of products and great service. Thank you!

The team at Kriser’s bucktown is the absolute best!!!! We love bringing Daisy in for all of our shopping trips, she is always made to feel so loved! The staff is kind, knowledgeable and oh so helpful! We also love Daisy’s cute cuts she gets here. :)

The Bucktown location always has good prices on dog food and pet treats. The staff are always friendly and the rewards program is great!

The ladies were so helpful when I stopped in! It was the first time I came in with my new four month old pup. They gave great suggestions showed him lots of love and sent me home with some samples of food to see which he liked! I live in the neighborhood and I will definitely be back for all my boys needs!
