The staff is very helpful & friendly! I had an issue with a recall on my E-bike. They tried various ways to remedy the situation. Eventually, they offered me a loaner bike to use, until my regular bike could be repaired. I was very happy with their customer service!

I had a great interaction with a mechanic at your Regent Street store next to Butterbird. He quickly diagnosed my shifting/derailleur issue on my ebike and turned it around in ten minutes. The alternative was to wait 3-5 days, schedule an appointment and wait. Excellent customer service!
