Amazing service!!!! Al and Evan were both so helpful for the beginning and ending of my bike needs. They were great about explaining things to me, someone who knows very little about bikes and bike repairs especially. My bike is doing great actually feels like a totally new bike after all the repairs that were done. Would recommend their services 100%. Thank you so much! Jade Sachs

I really like the staff! Always knowledgeable, helpful, and clearly into bikes. Also, kind of a legendary shop in the cycling world. It'd be cool to see some used parts go up for sale. Rummage bins would be amazing.

Came in with a set of pedals for swapping out from the 37 yo set on on the otherwise refurbished 37 yo bike. The tech also swapped out a carrier mechanism on my broken bike, waiting for parts, to the 37 yo. Great value. Great work-person-ship with a great attitude. Thanks from the bottom on my biking shoes!

I do a lot of bike repairs and adjustments myself. Budget is always super helpful in recommending the best parts and tools to get the job done. Great how-to advice also. The times when I need their professional support, the work they do is excellent, and they stand solidly behind it. These people are great. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Very reliable; they diagnose issues quickly, they do what they say they will do, they generally communicate very well. In the unusual event that they make an error (usually a small error), they are quick to admit and provide relief. I have never had a problem with them.
