From the minute you drive into the lot until you leave after your trip, you are well taken care of. Upon entering, I was greeted courteously which is very much appreciated at 4:30 am ahead of a busy travel day. Once parked, the shuttle drivers head to your location, help you with you bags and get you settled on the shuttle. Each time, each driver, has been fantastic. These drivers are the best! The shuttle ride is short and the drivers make sure everyone is comfortable with the pick up/return procedure if they haven't used the service before. Drop off is seamless and it is to the door closest to your carrier. The return process from the airport to the parking facility is just as efficient and friendly. Check out is always pleasant and the offer of a cold water for the drive home is always appreciated. I won't go anywhere else for parking at Buffalo Airport!

The friendly staff were amazing. The ease of finding the parking lot was a bonus. The lot was clean and I felt comfortable leaving my car parked there without any worries. I will definitely be using them again for my needs when I travel.

We were absolutely thrilled with our experience! We weren't even finished unloading our car before the shuttle pulled right up to us and helped walk and load our bags. When we arrived back from our trip, the shuttle was right on schedule, helped walk and load our bags and dropped us right at our car again. Both drivers were in fantastic moods and you could really tell they were happy with what they do for work. It really made a difference for us to be greeted and treated like we were VIPs. Excellent experience, excellent company and very easy to navigate. I will be driving across from Canada to fly every chance I get now because the Toronto parking experience leaves a lot to be desired! 11/10. From the company to the employees. Wonderful! Thank you for our experience!
