Easy to make a reservation online. Scan your phone at the gate. Directed to where to park and the shuttle picks you up at your car and drops you and your luggage off at the airline. It doesn’t get any easier than that!

I feel like my car is safe parking at the parking spot. The bus runs regularly or is just a phone call away during off peak hours. The staff and drivers are always friendly and helpful. If I had one comment it would be to have more specials for lower prices if you book in advance or with even more discounts for members. I paid over $15 per day with a discount code and I think I could have parked at the airport long term parking for about the same cost.

Always easy to reserve a spot at a reasonable rate! The drivers are always cheerful! Even at 4:00 a.m. when we normally arrive. Pickups on our return are usually on time even when there is mass traffic congestion due to road construction at our Buffalo / Niagara airport! We’ll always use the Parking Spot!
