We have been using The Parking Spot for many years and continue to come back due to your excellent service! Booking online is quick and easy and your lot is easy to find and convenient to the airport. Upon arriving we are always picked up in a very timely manner and the drivers are very professional and courteous. We might have to wait a few more minutes for pickup at the airport after our trip but there is never a problem and we always arrive back at our vehicle with no issues whatsoever. We would highly recommend The Parking Spot for anyone looking to park their vehicle at the Buffalo-Niagara airport - thanks!

The QR code received when you pre-pay for the parking reservation works great, once you arrive there is almost always a shuttle driver waiting and the driver is very courteous and helpful. When arriving at the airport, the shuttle is always prompt and your wait is never more than 5-10 minutes. Overall a very good service and I will always park there when flying out of Buffalo Airport.

Ease of booking on line in advance to reserve spot. I like the app to alert driver we just arrived back home. Driver is friendly and cheerful...please make sure you trip the driver picking you up they have to load heavy luggage and it's not easy.

Shuttle service. I’ve never had to wait more than 2 minutes to or from the parking lot to the airport. Door to door service is great
