This represents a significant financial savings at times when I can plan ahead reservations. #3, but also #1, the friendly, very helpful staff members you work with from shuttle drivers to gate attendants. I truly enjoy their kind hospitality and high level of service.

I never parked with you because I thought it would be such a hassle. Turns out, the way I WAS doing it was the hassle. I gave it a try because, with the length of my trip, the savings were too substantial. You guys have this down to an art! I prepaid, so I had a QR code to screen on entry and exit. I was told which row to park in, and the shuttle was there before I was done getting my luggage out of my car. When I returned, the shuttle picked us up so much more quickly than the airport parking shuttles, and I was at my car in no time. A cooler of bottled water at the exit was just what I needed after a day of travelling, too — very thoughtful. I should say that I dreaded hauling my luggage up into a shuttle, but the shuttle drivers helped with my luggage both times, even offering to help me get my luggage in and out of my car. I loved that I could tip via QR code, because my cash wallet was already buried in my carry-on luggage for the trip. I will definitely park there every time from now on. Well done.

Customer service excellent. The drivers are so accommodating from loading the shuttle with the luggage and also unloading luggage. Our window on our car was opened a crack and plastic was put on the window in case of rain. The driver after unloading our luggage took off the plastic for us. Also after a long trip home, water bottles were offered to us. Very happy with the Parking Spot.
