Thanks for the service on my road and mountain bikes. The crew in the shop were very helpful to decide what I actually needed doing. Very accurate in their assessment of when the work would be completed. I rode the road bike today - silky smooth after the tune up and parts replacements.

A few things! 1) I purchased my bike in 1999 when the store was on Burlingame Avenue, and since you have a lifetime free maintenance policy, I am still receiving this free. This is wonderful, and I'm grateful you had this, and still honor it today. 2) Both the service person and the front desk person were a joy to interact with - polite, knowledgeable, funny, interested in me and provided me great service. 3) A pragmatic approach to maintenance, seeking to understand what I want to do consultatively, looking at my nike, and then making recommendations. Thank you!

Friendly staff straight forward conversations about the bike. quality parts Brought in my 8 year old drop bar commuter - pleasure do everything bike. During COVID I attempted to replace the original drive train with an upgraded systems. I used Amazon for the parts and YouTube as my guide. The bike ran OK. I wanted the bike to ride better than OK. Took the bike to the shop for tweaking. The shop did the tweaking and recommended / replaced parts that I had erroneously mixed and matched or installed incorrectly (mea culpa) I also decided on a new handle bar stem for added comfort.

Chris was great to work with. I rented a Bike for a 5 day event with friends. I had ordered speedplay pedals for the bike. When I tried them out I couldn’t unclip. Chris and Dave (?) spent time working out that my cleats were Racing cleats but my pedals back home were not. In a short amount of time, Chris found a pair that worked for me. He also hooked me up with some supplies I told him was looking to purchase when I picked up the bike. The whole Burlingame shop crew was great yo work with.

we were delighted to find your Burlingame store are willing to work on E bikes. I had two bikes from the same manufacture. on was unfixable the other was fixed .Thank you Ryan and Nick were great. I also purchased another E bike. Ryan helped me chose the bike, and made sure I was safe by recommend a quality helmet. i will recommend Summit to my friends.
