From the Westboro store, I had my product held at the Orleans store. The product was ready for pickup on arrival. In and out in minutes. Courteous service.

Cool staff, competent and pleasant. We got a flat right before leaving for a ride and they took us in right there. All was fixed and ready to go in 20 minutes. Wow! We have bought 2 electric bikes, packsack, lights, iphone holders, locks, gourdes, etc… and maybe a new Thule bike rack. Love the business ! Personnel cool, compétent et agréable. Nous avons eu une crevaison juste avant de partir pour un tour et ils nous ont servis immédiatement. Tout était réparé et prêt à partir dans 20 minutes. Waouh ! Nous avons acheté 2 vélos électriques, un sac à dos, des lumières, des supports pour iPhone, des serrures, des gourdes, etc... et peut-être un nouveau porte-vélos Thule. J'adore l'entreprise ! I’m a triathlete and you are one of the few stores that understands my needs and interests. You have great staff that know products and can provide solid advice. I just wish you had more options for tri specific grear (tri shorts and tips - with sleeves) and swim stuff (swim suits and goggles).

Had a warranty repair to be done. And leaving on vacation very soon. Jeff at the Orleans location did his best to get it done as quickly as possible, and it was done well in time. Much appreciate his extra effort. Purchased my bike there and have had it maintained there, Always 10 star service!

I find the service to be 10 out of 10 every time I visit. The only downfall is they don't carry many things in stock.
