What I like about Bushtukah is the personable professionalism of the staff--for example, Chantal helped me and my family on the last visit (at the Orleans store)--and also the very high quality of the merchandise and the brands the store carries, like those items applicable to triathlons and especially to bicycling.

Was met at the door as soon as I walked in the person was very friendly directed me back to the repair shop. Repair shop staff were very helpful and explained my brake issue clearly. Service was completed in the timeframe given.

Great service from the Sales and Service Dept. Jeff from the Service dept worked very hard to resolve all the “squeaks” from my new bike - I appreciated response to fixing the issue asap. Brian from the Sales dept took the extra time to go over my new bike with me. I was in the store for three hrs getting the bike setup right - they did not try to rush this process. Great job!!
