You don’t carry enough small sizes in running gear. I was looking for men’s shorts and shoes, and left the store without these. The smallest was a small, and need an extra small (28” waist). Also need a size 7 men’s shoe. So I instead went online and purchased from another store.

You have a lot of stock on the floor, there is always someone available to help you find something, everyone is friendly, you can order online if you want to be sure a product or part is at your store for later pickup, you can easily contact order desk (email).

Great service!!!!!! We went in on a busy saturday to buy my son some hiking boots and the service we received helping him select and size the boots was amazing. Bushtukah is not only my favorite outdoor / sports store....it is my favorite store of any kind in Ottawa!

saved my bacon on the Rideau Lakes Tour allowing me to finish by being able to change my tubeless tire that ripped. gave me great advice on what to bring the next time I'm on a long ride to repair if this happens again I am a loyal very happy customer. Bushtukah may want to consider bringing in Dynaplug products as a next generation to bacon strips just as an fyi
