I actually came in for a complementary service on a bike I bought last year. The service was on point as soon as I reached the tune-up desk. I was asked if I had a few minutes to stand by as he looked over my bike. As I waited with my son, a service agent came to me and asked if I wanted assistance. I saw my son eying a trek mountain bike so we asked a few questions. The knowledge he had in pointing out the differences between two bikes, and the ease of communication prompted me to follow up with my son and asked if he wanted to upgrade the one he had at home. He’s more reasonable than I am. So we bought it
