I shop mostly in the hiking/camping area of the store. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The bike shop staff are fabulous. The check-out folks are really good too. I find the shoe/boot area often doesn't have my size or the type of product I need.

I like that there is a wide variety of different activities/sports represented, but it still feels like a specialty shop
