My wife and son went in to look for a Bike first and they said the young man they spoke to was great and when my son and I went back to pick the bike up on Sunday same young man was very helpful and informative! He talked us through the short wait we had to pickup sold us a kickstand and explained the payment method to register at one cash and go to the other to actually pay, everything was smooth and we got the bike and out the door in to the rain! lol service was great! Thank you and I am so sorry I forgot the young man’s name but thank him for me if/when you chk and see whom he is! Thank you

I really appreciate the ‘second bike fix’. It was not done properly the first time, so they did it right this time and did not charge for it. That’s good service, thank you

The sales person listen to what I needed and found me exactly what I was looking for. She also took the time to show me how to use the hiking poles and how to adjust to my height etc.. She also took the time to take things out of their packages so I could see the size and material for a Dry bag and a Pocket Towel. I also appreciate that Bushtukah offer a discount for Veterans. The store has a wide variety of products and price points. The starting point for bikes is higher than at a big box store like Canadian Tire but the upgrade in quality is noticeable. The sales associate I dealt with was very informative, patience, and knowledgeable. Pete helped making my son's first bicycle purchase a very enjoyable experience. It's been many years since I've been on a bike but now I'm considering to buy myself a bike in the coming months so I can ride with my son.

The product is great with a pre delivery inspection helps user to purchase without any doubts on the performance of the product. The service was great. Special mention of Brenda at the Hazeldean store who was patient, polite and made best choices for the customer.
