First time buying a bike from Cnn , emma was great in giving me a run down on the trek e bike i brought and also how they helped settling the sale by email , and calls from me to them , love the bike and rate my experience with the service i recieved .

Solid selection of products in store and almost anything can be ordered. The USP is that C&N offer expertise on what is best regards to your budget, quality and whether the product will be compatible. Service wise, always quick to respond, easy to book, and there are never any nasty surprises (which I have experienced from other bike shops) nor delays. Lastly, the passion and knowledge from the team is second to none. They will get you on the road whether it be a repair, rebuild, service or brand new set of wheels.

Had to get my rear wheel rebuild due to a cracked hub. They were really helpful and offered great advice considering my budget etc. C&N has a long standing trusted reputation and the quality of the finished product I got from them confirmed that. It took slightly longer than originally expected however, this was due to specifics of the hub required to suit the age/style of my bike. Would definitely recommend C&N to anyone looking for a new bike, servicing, repairs or even just general advice.
