C&N are about an hour from me, so not exactly a drop in shop. However, on the occasions I've visited they have all been extremely easy to deal with. Friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help. My most recent visit was for a bike fit. Paul explained everything to me as we went along and I left with an extremely comfortable, and fast bike. I was amazed at the difference on my first ride with the new position. Thank you C&N Cycles

Amy is super friendly and very skilled at her job. All the staff are brilliant at C & N cycles. Amy explained everything she had done and gave a full quote before doing any work. Everything about C&N is positive. I had a bike fit a few months back and with a few changes it improved my ride and confidence immediately. Damian carried out a Bronze Service on my vintage Peugeot road bike recently, replacing worn out parts with new, as he saw fit. I have been highly impressed with the level of support and care the company members provided during the process of purchasing my new e-bike. The bike was assembled, charged and fully serviced before I was informed that it was ready for collection. During the collection, I met with a bike mechanic who instructed me fully and answered all my questions, which I greatly appreciated as this was my first electric bike. The whole company approach to the customer reminds me of the good old days. 10 out of ten. Thank you.
