Had a bike fit with Paul and have given it a couple of weeks before commenting. The fit itself was informative and undertaken treating me as an individual rather than a set of measurements and numbers (even though there was a fair amount of measuring undertaken). Everything was done in a very understandable way with Paul ensuring that I knew what he meant and dealing with my questions fully. The resulting fit was a change in saddle, saddle hight, Stem length (90mm to 120mm) and cleat alignment. Suggested that innersoles were tried, which I did but with no noticeable change so removed with no argument. There was no hard sell (as the innersole showed) but I did obviously buy the new stem and saddle. I have now had a couple of longer rides (30mile and 40 mile) and can honestly say that the changes have been noticeable with more efficient peddle stroke, less fatigue in the legs and less pain in the neck and wrist (last two have been an issue for a number of years (still have but noticeably less so). Would highly recommend Pauls service if you are getting a bike fit and will definitely go back if/when I get a new bike to be fitted.

Great range of bikes with access to order great stuff from Trek and Orro in particular. Staff, particularly Damian, have such a wealth of knowledge about bikes and what suits and fits correctly, which is so useful. Highly recommend đź‘Ť

I booked my mountain bike in for a service Amy confirmed the booking very quickly. Damian looked over the bike and advised on the work that was needed, which he then completed faster than I'd expected. Very happy with the entire experience. It's a great local bike shop with great staff. They have tons of experience and an excellent workshop. A winning commination that provides confidence in the work

Really impressed with the service from C&N Cycles. Easy to book and the shop easy to park nearby and find. The bike fit with Paul was great, explained every part of the fit and the adjustments he made and why. No major changes but seat position, cleats and stem all altered slightly and feeling the benefit already after just a few rides
