Helpful staff who give good advice when needed. On this occasion a part of a bike light had broken, so time was taken to identify the part and, as there were no spares in the store, place an order. I was notified when it arrived and collected it. A good job. Thank you

C&N are about an hour from me, so not exactly a drop in shop. However, on the occasions I've visited they have all been extremely easy to deal with. Friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help. My most recent visit was for a bike fit. Paul explained everything to me as we went along and I left with an extremely comfortable, and fast bike. I was amazed at the difference on my first ride with the new position. Thank you C&N Cycles

Amy is super friendly and very skilled at her job. All the staff are brilliant at C & N cycles. Amy explained everything she had done and gave a full quote before doing any work. Everything about C&N is positive. I had a bike fit a few months back and with a few changes it improved my ride and confidence immediately. I have recently had a full service and with a couple of replacement parts its riding like a dream. Thank you Damien, Paul and Amy for the excellent customer service all the way through.
