I was most impressed with my sales person Joe Dice. He was so easy to work with and immediately found the exact bike I wanted, got all the accessories I needed and made the transaction so enjoyable. Products are great, but you can buy the same things at other locations. The Service is what makes the difference. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, and takes whatever time is necessary to answer questions and adjust the bike for you.

All of the Chrises are fantastic. Chris who fixed my flat tire was not only skilled but also took the time to listen to my concerns. He went the extra mile by adjusting my bike so we could remove the pedal extenders, restoring my confidence on the streets. I truly value their commitment and the personalized care they put into every detail.
