It was amazing…I had a flat and went by Oak Mountain location-walked in had two tires plus a set of grips installed less than an hour and they were covered up but still made time for me as a “walk in”—unbelievable and recommend them!!

Had a brake issue that was a known problem but out of warranty. The staff went to bat for me and Trek covered the brake replacement. They installed the brakes incorrectly at first and I had to go back. Cahaba corrected it with no problems and in a timely manner. Guys are friendly and helpful..
