I stopped by to ask about some adjustments on a kid's bike and they were able to get to it right away. I was prepared to drop the bike off but they had it adjusted in about 10 minutes.
All the staff are very help and informative. They do what they say they will do, always. Anytime they work or maintain a bike, I know I can take it straight to the triathlon or bike race and know it will work flawlessly. We have great discussions back and forth anything about best frame, tires, wheels that would work best for whatever ride, or race or terrain conditions I intend for each bike. Usually when each business has staffing turnover, customer service or product slips temporarily or permanently. Not a Cahaba Cycles. The same wonderful quality I appreciate and enjoy. What is most incredible, each employee has their personality. Some funny, some reflective, some quieter. So very nice to see all accepted, and ironically because of this every customer is comfortable. Jon is so fair with customers and employees alike. He listens, takes time to get to know people. Not only does it make him a better leader, but he knows the best product for any customer and his staff learns this trait from him.

How knowledgeable and experienced the staff was. They helped me with what maintenance I needed on my mountain bike that I am handing down to my son who is going to use it when he goes to college this fall
