I have been to several bicycle shops during my life. Some of the store employees were nice and some just acted like you were a bother to them for interrupting their quiet time. When I walked into Cahaba Cycles at Oak Mountain I was greeted by Deason who was very helpful in deciding what I was looking for and how it was going to be used. I asked about building a bike to my specifications to which he seemed very interested in trying to help me. I left feeling better about my idea than any other bike shop had made me feel. I am still in the process of researching all my option for the bike I want but I will contact season as soon as I have everything together.

Bought a new saddle one day. Brought it back another and they sawed my pole put on the saddle, moved my reflector to the oposite side, installed my phone holder, and filled my tires with air so I could test drive, for free! Awesome customer service!
