I reside in S. Florida and was in the market for a Trek 9.7 Exe Mountain bike when I noted via Internet Cahaba Cycles had one in stock at a great price. I spoke to Andrew at the Oak Mountain Store who was extremely informative and polite. Andrew sent a few photos of the bike and confirmed it's size. I purchased the bike and asked Andrew to please wrap & pack the bike with extra stuffing. Communication from the store regarding the shipping of my bike was second to none. When I received the bike in it's original box I noted it was packed beautifully. Not a scratch on it! I called Andrew back and thanked him for the packing and the entire transaction which went smoothly. There was an issue with late shipping with the pedals, but they were on top of it. Subsequently, they gave me a refund due to the late shipment and they even gave me the pedals for free! Never been to any of their stores, but they were very professional straight forward company. The next time I'm in the market to buy a bike or any product I would not hesitate to buy from them. By the way I could not find this bike for less anywhere! I love my 9.7 Exe Bike!
