From the first phone call, it was a great experience! So kind and patient,let me ask questions and I did not feel rushed. When we arrived for our 1st visit everyone was so welcoming, like we were long time friends! They were very thorough explaining daycare and boarding and gave me a tour. Everyone had a smile and you could see the genuine love they have for the animals. My Lenny had a great day!! I now feel at ease knowing when we leave for vacation Lenny will be in great hands!! Thank you!

The staff are amazing, they really do like the dogs, you can tell from the moment you walk in that it's a very friendly, caring place. My dog likes going there. Although "she" doesn't want to participate, they offer many doggie activities that look like lots of fun: bubbles/ball playing-there are little pools in the summer that they can cool off in. They offer discounts for "Packages" including full day and 1/2 day day-care opportunities. They have web-cams where you can view your dog while he/she is at camp I can't say enough good things. We wish we could afford to send our dog here more often!!!

Camp Bow Wow cares so deeply about the dogs that come to camp. I feel so comfortable and safe knowing my pup is in great hands. They always greet her so enthusiastically when she comes in. It has become her favorite place! When my dog wasn't eating while boarding, they hand fed her to calm her nerves. The entire staff is a dream. I wouldn't trust my dog anywhere else!

Your camp is clean and very organized. My dog loves to go there. He can't get out of the car fast enough when we arrive. The staff is excellent.

Your website is easy to navigate. Staff is very friendly and kind to the campers. It was nice to get feedback and a report card with a picture of our dog after our initial visit. Very comfortable with having our dog stay here. He was a camper several years ago and loved coming here. As a senior dog we were not sure how he would react since he has been back for a few years but he was welcomed and was happy to be back. So glad to be back at Camp Bow Wow again.
