I love the people and how much they care about our pups. Also, the fact that they get to play with the other dogs all day rather than just sitting in a crate all day makes it worth every penny because we know they have so much fun and are exhausted when they get home.
I have complete peace of mind when I leave my dogs at Camp Bow Wow. My dogs are being well cared for and not locked in a kennel all day long. My dogs are happy when we leave them there and happy when it's time to come home. I would definitely recommend Camp Bow Wow to my friends and family.
We love EVERYTHING about Anaheim Camp Bow Wow. From the moment we enter the Camp the pups are greeted with a friendly smile and off they go to have fun with their friends. Same when we pick them up, service with a smile. Love getting report cards occasionally. A recent system was added to remind us when vaccinations are due and that is very helpful.
I always know that my dog will be well taken care of and she is happy there playing with the other dogs.I like the fact that I can check on my girl playing using the cams anytime I want on my phone. I know my pup had a good time there because when we pick her she always wants to stay!
I feel Flash likes being at Camp Bow Wow, therefore, I am pleased. I appreciate the fact that specific questions are asked about my pet, re: his food, medication, and the fact that I can bring his bedding.
My dog ended up with kennel cough after staying for the weekend. It cost us $100 at the vet yesterday to treat her. I was also disappointed that she was still wet from her bath when we arrived to pick her up. Not worth the cost of grooming to have to take home a wet dog.
Very friendly staff, appears to me they love animals,u never wait, they r
right their to check our dogs in,and answered questions
Thank you for putting up with Mikey, he is so excited when I turn the corner to your
I wasn't to happy the other day when I picked furbaby up after a couple hours of being there. I was periodically watching him on the camera from my phone like I always do and noticed they had put him in a time out but he returned back after about 15 min to continue playing with the other dogs. About 30 min went by and I checked on him again and saw that he was put away again for a time out. I kept checking the camera and I didn't see him so and hour went by and he was still put away so I called and the young lady said he was mounting other dogs. I decided I would just go and get him because I didn't pay for him to be put away and not play. I know your rules are if a dog is causing problems the dog goes into to cool down or time out for about 15 then placed back with the other dogs. My dog was put away for an hour in a Half the second time. I wasn't too happy to say the least...
