I like the fact that the workers are very understanding of my dog's anxiety with new environments. I could tell that they did their best to make my dog comfortable before letting him into the yard. I also like that the workers are very open to answering my questions and giving me feedback on my dog's behavior. Probably my favorite feature though is being able to watch my dog through the live camera. It puts me at ease throughout the day. I appreciate that this place is open before I have to go to work and that there's a rewards program.
My dogs are happy! I love knowing there is someone always watching my dogs and the dogs. My friend that took her dog there after I told her about it, said they put her basset with the small dogs at her request. She felt comfortable. So I would say you meet peoples request and treat the dogs with little things that make them comfortable. All the people i told about you said they were very happy when they took their dogs their.
Attentive when possible. What I DO NOT like is the large amount of dogs when I looked in on my dog Friday and Saturday. When I picked my dog up on Sunday and said it seemed like a larger then usual of dogs this weekend the response was "yes we were busy because of the extra long weekend". My question is don't you have a maximum capacity rule? I saw much LARGER dogs in the same area as my 9 lb dog. Was satisfied the first time I boarded her at your camp but will think twice the next time
Staff is friendly when we arrive. We are not rushed with the check-in process. Bunny and Rose seem to be happy when we get their and do not try to go back to front door, so I'm assuming they like it there with the other dogs.
When we pick them up they are nice and clean, staff lets me know if anything is wrong.
Very happy with the Camp.
