We love CBW!!! Our Pups are happy to be there and we enjoy watching them on the Camper Cams. We know they're happy when their tales are up and wagging.
The personal touch ! I love how the staff knows my pup by name and make me feel like I’m leaving him with people who genuinely love him . I never worry about him because I know the staff are attentive with the dogs.
How everyone is so friendly and actually care about our furbabies. I love that my Luna Le se is always excited to go to “Campie”. Thank you for taking care of and showing love to my best friend while I’m at work.
Definitely understand kennel cough happens and is likely at boarding but after boarding our boy during 4th of July he came home very visibly distressed, coughing, not eating, and high fever. After about $900 in vet hills we find out not only does he have kennel cough but severe pneumonia. I called CBW to ensure they were aware and staff informed me they didn’t notice anything off with him. I’m a bit disappointed in 2 areas here. 1.) That staff didn’t notice or alert us something was off with him. We noticed within the first hour home he was in distress. I wish staff would spend more one on one time with boarded dogs to ensure they’re noticing when dogs are not feeling well or clearly in distress. 2.) With kennel cough and respiratory illnesses bring so contagious I’m very surprised and concerned that CBW did not put out any kind of notice that other dogs boarded on a busy holiday weekend might be affected.
We love camp bow wow but I am concerned after this most recent visit that the level of attention and care for dogs may not be to the expectation we have for our dog.
The dogs came back very smelly and I could see on the camera a person spraying dogs randomly with water. Also was told they would eat lunch but when we called the person on the phone said no they were not going to eat lunch. All in all it felt like you guys were unorganized and the dogs also didn’t look like they had a comfy place to lay out. Too many dogs in your care at one time. I would not recommend.
