I love it for day camp (Anaheim). They've been great at working with my dog and his attitude issues with certain other dogs! I just wish 2 things. 1) that the cameras/wi-fi worked better so it wasn't so blurry! It's a little better than before but nothing like some of the other Camp Bow Wow locations where it's REALLY clear! And the buffering that happens with the new app has made the video really choppy! 2) I wish for boarding there was someone on-site in the evenings. I hesitate to board my dogs there because I don't like that they only monitor via camera. Do the cameras have sound? Can they hear if something is wrong? Are they actually monitoring non-stop? It would just make me feel better to know that someone was only a few steps away instead of a car ride. Thanks.
I love everything about Camp. From the moment we enter we are greated with a smile. We can watch the pups on camera and they look well taken care of. AND when we pick them up, again, it's warm greetings and smiles. On our faces, the counselors and the dogs.
Very friendly, appreciate checking to make sure all dogs r updated on shots, after much reading on dogs visiting doggie day care and boarding I see some Vets r recommending the canine flu shot and checking stool for giardia. either yearly or every 6 months, could prove to be expenive but maybe worth while to consider
