Love love love! They are always so tired and always take good care of my pups! My only concern is they come home and guzzle water! So I'm just worried they don't get a lot/any during the day (I'm sure due to concern with those dogs who guard bowls etc). But great!
I feel like I'm leaving my furry family member in good hands. The staff all seem to be dog lovers too and I love how they call and ask questions if they are unsure of something. It's nice to know you care.
The staff is friendly, professional, easy to work with. The facility is clean. Nipper fit right in with the other dogs. I took advantage of other services provided such as a dog bath and nails trimmed. They provided the information I needed to know ahead of time to board Nipper for the night.
I left my dogs for 4 nights. I forgot to bring my dog food and was told that normally dogs do well on the formula that they use so I didn't think anything of it. Upon arriving I was told that one of my dogs had some diarrhea that morning but I didn't think anything of it. We picked up around 6pm. That evening my dog had nonstop diarrhea and was very lethargic followed by pure blood coming from his rear end. Moving for I would suggest clients be advised to feed their own food or camp bow wow switching to something a little more gentle such as a low fat GI diet. I am bringing him to the vet today and I am sure it will not be a inexpensive visit. This is partially my fault but this response to the food or environment was very extreme. I would visit for daycare again but not so sure about overnight boarding again.
