Jack was well cared for on a 7+ day boarding. I was able to whatch him on camera during business hours in common areas. He was in a good mental state of mind ( not acting weird or unusual). One thing I would like to see is more interaction between staff and boarders/day care participants. Attention and group play equals happy exercised pups and happy owners. Camp Bow Wow is a much higher priced boarding facility This change alone would allow other consumers to choose your facility over another even if it means a higher price.
For starters, I really loved how patient the staff was with my little dog, Remy, when she interviewed. She was unsure and a little nervous, but with the help of the great folks there, she came around and was playing by the end of the day.
The play area is spacious and I love that she can play in or outdoors! Big plus for us, and the fact that cameras are literally everywhere is a great add to peace of mind when I want to check in.
And the STAFF. I can't say enough great things about Emily, and the young lady working the front counter when we arrived on interview day. Top notch, professional, caring people, who happen to love my dog too! I just scheduled some time for my little one to spend time boarding, and can't wait to see her play on the cameras!
