My dog (Carly) LOVES Camp Bow Wow. She is always excited when I saw "Bow Wow" and especially excited when I turn on to TK Avenue to drop her off at Camp Bow Wow! The staff are so friendly and professional and everyone seems to love Carly. It is a great environment to socialize your dog. Thanks so much for taking such great care of our little Miss Carly!
Close to home, fun for my pup, I tell folks all the time about you folks. I haven't left Jojo overnite though as I wonder if he would get enough down time after long play periods .... I'll ask more questions next time we come in for playtime.
All the councilors seem to be very kind and caring and when Raquel is not feeling so
Good they are sensitive to my wishes for keeping a eye on her. She is getting old and
I wonder if she does not like to go to camp anymore as shakes hard and pants as she is aware where we are headed. Think she has had so much trauma and, with colitis maybe
Upsetting her stomach? She is just a needy little thing and does not want to be separated, but as you know I need a life and her spirits seem to pick up when I return.
One thing she does not like are loud noises that's why I hold the door when I drop her
Off. I thank all of you for taking good care of my sweet girl. [NAME REMOVED]
It has made being a single dog parent so much easier! My dog Steel, absolutely loves going to daycare and working off all his energy while I am at work, or right before I have to head into work. The staff is so personable and knows Steel and his cousin, Ember, and are greeted warmly EVERY SINGLE TIME, both of them. I would recommend this to everyone. The only thing I would love to see change about Camp Bowwow is the over night boarding. I have heard of other places having a staff member on all night just in case anything happens. It would be nice to know someone is there in case of an emergency. Thanks for all you do!
The staff was friendly. There were a lot of dogs in a very small place which didn't allow for much exercise. That alone isn't worth the high cost.
Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed by the condition in which I received my dog back. He seemed very dirty right away and the staff told me "he may be wet from the other dogs." I assumed they implied slobber; however, he wreaked of urine. All over his entire body. I had to wash him because the smell was unbearable.
I am guessing this was from rolling around the grass in the back which maybe is just a soggy sponge of urine at this point. It is understandable that a dog may get a little dirty but that was extreme and quite surprising. If this were to happen, I would have hoped the staff would give him a bath at least.
Overall, not a very pleasant experience. Including the extremely high price tag, I prefer not to bring my dog back. If it were one or the other, I probably would.
Angus is always excited to go to Camp Bow Wow. In fact, we can not say the name within his ear shot, because he gets so excited!!
The employee's are friendly and seem to truly like their jobs.
I like the location....near to my home.
I really liked Camp Bow Wow but my dog Elaine had diarrhea for several days after trying the day care - she must have been stressed! No fault of yours, she is a sensitive one I guess. I may try again another time in the future. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I was impressed!
