I have not used your services as Sophie was just signed up yesterday. I was very impressed with the facility - cleanliness and care. There seemed to be enough people working in relation to how many dogs were there. I also like that smaller dogs were separated from larger dogs, and that I can see my dog on a web cam

Overall we are very happy with how Camp Bow Wow took care of our fur child Abbey-Mae. The camp seemed great and Abbey had an awesome time. The only item that we didnt think was up to par like the rest of the camp was her end of stay bath. We did request and pay for Abbey to have a bath and she was still very stinky and dirty. We brought her home and had to bathe her again and she was pretty yucky with smell and dirt. Overall we will use Camp Bow wow again but the bathing part could use improvement.

I loved being able to watch my pup on the cameras while we were away and this was a great option for us over the holidays. We added a bath to the end of dogs stay knowing he’d need one and the guy confirmed our dog did receive a bath and that he smelled their spray, but the only smell I could detect was urine.

Niko loves the staff, he is particularly fond of the girls:) He is a husky so he is vocal, but he sounds angry and they understand he loves them. I love the progress notes:)

Our dogs love Camp ! The team are so great with our dogs we wouldn’t leave them anywhere else!
