I have always loved this location - I do understand how everyone is charging more for services and I didn't mind the price increase to $50 per night because I felt it was probably because of less staff/less dogs because of the pandemic but this past visit, the rooms were absolutely packed and the girl mentioned there were over 100 dogs so now the price increase just doesn't make as much sense. I do love coming here - my dog loves it, but it's almost becoming not affordable - and now the newer $20 daycare fee if you don't pick up before 11 and not getting a price break after x amount of days makes it hard to board for long periods. Still think the staff is great and it's very clean as well.
We have been coming for many years. The only thing we are sad about is how much time the daycamp dogs spend in kennels. It used to be opposite - you would have to request "rest" time.
Other than that, the staff is great and are doing the best they can with all of the recent changes.
Camp Bow Wow is clean and the staff is friendly. They always welcome Maple with enthusiasm. We have never boarded a dog before and she will be staying overnight in September. I feel comfortable with it being able to see her on the pet cams. Thank you for all that you do!
instead of spending the day asleep, at home, my pups have an exciting day at camp. They play with other pups, interact with people, listen to the sounds in other rooms and still get to take a few naps.
Our dog has been a camper here since he was a puppy. The service and the people have always been competent and friendly. They call when and if they need to. I feel they have my pets best interest at heart. Even during all the transitions with Covid 19 I feel they handled things safely and professionally! Now that our puppy is much older they have been very patient with him. He is more anxious in his old age and has needed a little extra "attention". They never complain and always take care of him. I do highly recommend Camp Bow Wow to my friends, family and coworkers!
