I like that the staff is friendly and knows each dog that comes in. My dog is very happy when I drop him off and pick him up. He plays hard and is tired when we get home.
I've always felt like the staff loves pets and makes them feel loved.
I like being able to view my puppy on a cam throughout the day. I like that I receive a report card on how he did during day camp. I like that you offer training while he stays for day camp. And my puppy seems to love coming there. He gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot!
dogs even when boarded are out in play area with dogs and people to socialize and can go back to rest when they want, webcam, follow directions given about special diet, able to make reservations on line and receive confirmation, notified if any shots are due
Everyone there is very friendly and very good with the dogs. I felt comfortable leaving my dog. Sage for the day camp.
However, it was raining that day and Sage went out and rolled in the pea gravel (more than once.) She was not just dirty, she smelled awful. I knew they were able to do this, but she was so bad I had to take her to WagnWash before taking her home. She sleeps with us and is allowed on the furniture, so can't have her smelling so bad.
I understand that this is the way it is. I am sad that it is not going to work for us, unless maybe I just bring her on dry days.
