We go to the camp in Castle Rock and love everyone there! They all make my dog feel at home / like his second family. I love that he can get groomed while there (and they do a great job) and I love that when he needs his Bordatella, he can get it done there. Not sure what we would do without the CBW option during the week (when I have to go to the office). Our HUGE Shepherd cannot stay in a crate for more than 3 hours it seems.
The staff is very friendly and responsible. They meet a diverse set of needs for the dogs who are there for day camp or for boarding. The staff is knowledgeable about dogs’ temperaments and how to interact with each dog. The staff is professional and courteous. Camp Bow Wow Castle Rock rocks!
The staff is well trained and safety is emphasized. I really like the webcams as it is fun to look up your fur ball when you’re on the road. Our dog really likes using the day care. I would recommend CBW Castle Rock.
Hours of day care are great. Overall great human team members who are great with dogs and people! Great exercise for our younger dog and he comes home very tired.
My recent visit to the Castle Rock location was the first for my new rescue pup, Bumble. He was very shy when first arriving, but once he was in and saw that he was going to have a lot of new friends he warmed right up. That doesn't happen without the staff being very welcoming and patient. I appreciate that this location is very close to my house so I have a place to bring my dogs when I work from home if I think they need a break from me and some social time with some of their friends. The location is clean, and again, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. We will be back for sure.
