I must tell you about my dogs. Both of them love going to Camp Bow Wow, and they know when we’re heading in that direction. They get wiggly and can’t sit still, and the little one just howls until she gets there. I think that they love it because of the people who work there, and they are like us in that they like being around their friends. I see many dogs that are repeat customers as we are, and Scrappy and Frodo seem to want to play with their buddies. As I said, they love the workers, and I feel that they are safe at Camp Bow Wow. It has been a joy for my dogs who are my children, and I love to take them there.

Staff is very friendly and you take good care of my dog! Thank you! Thank you for also knowing where his limits are when it comes to playing with the other dogs, nail cutting and bathing - he wasn't having his services and you knew when to stop. That's okay with me - I know how he can be (which is why I was hoping you would have better luck! :-) ). I appreciate you and know my boy will be safe in your hands.

All the employees we have had contact with have been phenomenal and gone above and beyond to help make it easier on me with moving around boarding dates last second or answering questions that I have. Both my pups are huge and very full of energy but when they come home from their stay they crash out and are exhausted! I love that they have the option to bathe them prior to pick up! I have had multiple injuries such as a broken hand and a shoulder surgery preventing me from being able to do the general care for them most of this year, so this service made it so much easier on me and them! Thank you for caring for my babies so well!

I like all the services offered by Camp Bow Bow! One plus is that the environment is clean, safe, and pet-friendly, This was my puppy's first visit and we both shared separation anxiety. Thank goodness the staff was very patient and professional with us as I was on a learning curve on how to part ways with my puppy. The counselor provided instructions on where to escort my puppy to the doorway entry that led into the facility. She assured me that he would be able to play with other dogs that were around his size. He weighs about 17 lbs. This was another plus It is great to know that the smaller dogs are separated by their size to keep them from feeling overwhelmed when in contact with larger dogs. She gently instructed me on how to view the cameras to check on my puppy and how to quietly leave so that it would be much easier for us to part ways. All went well and he is now enlisted as a camper. I am excited for him to continue to have more playtime with other dogs, and enjoy that overall great experience as a Camp Bow Bow camper. I brought my dog Harley in for an interview/daycare the other day and had a great experience! They explained the whole process of how the day would go very thoroughly, and after drop off I was able to check in on Harley throughout the day via their doggy cam’s that show the playrooms. Overall a really awesome experience and I’m excited for Harley to continue being a camper!
