Outstanding facilities and staff. The camp was clean and pretty well organized. Our dog enjoyed very much his first time camp out experience. The staff shared good energy and affection with our dog from the moment we came in for the initial interview. I can't wait to monitor our poodle through the TV app when are away. We trust he will be in good hands.
Very friendly staff, prompt replies to online questions/reservation requests, staff is very attentive to the dogs and are responsive to owner questions/concerns/requests. We haven't been here a lot yet (just moved back to the area), but my dog loves going to camp and comes home happy and tired after every visit!
Camp Bow Wow of Durham/Chapel Hill treats our dog like family. They love on her, treat her exceptionally well, and provide exceptional service to her humans. We have been bringing her to Camp Bow Wow for many, many years and have had nothing but great experiences. We love knowing that our old girl (14) is well taken care of while she is there with her Bow Wow caretakers.
Every person we have met who works at Camp Bow Wow Chapel Hill has impressed us as being warm, polite, animal loving, kind and thoughtful. We have been taking our dogs there for many years. Our dog’s excitement to get inside speaks volumes. If he didn’t like it, he would refuse to enter and even try to go the other way.
In the summer it is too hot to walk a dog during the day. We much prefer this kennel, where he gets stimulation and exercise inside.
Cleanliness matters, and they do a great job.
Friendly staff and a positive attitude toward our dog when we bring him in or check-out.
We are always informed about whether he did or did not eat the snack we brought.
Camp Bow Wow has multiple services such as a bath which can be helpful at times.
