I love how my beloved fur child is given round-the-clock play and attention from other dogs and humans. They always give her so much attention and even give me updates on her day when I pick her up from day care.
Staff and Manager were friendly and professional. Everything was so organized for the pets and ensuring they had their own food and medications. They had plenty of play time as opposed to other places where your pet has to sit in cage most of the time. They were concerned about aggressive animals and also wanted a flea free environment. Just a great service. Loved the video cameras as well.
The facility is very clean and the dogs are able to socialize with other dogs. It is very nice that the dogs sleep in air conditioning. More importantly, our dog shows no reluctance when dropped off for overnight. She appears to love it!
We love how the staff at Camp Bow Wow are always happy to see Nala and, when we pick her up, they give us a quick rundown of how she did/what her day was like. Also, having access to cameras to watch our dog play and knowing that a manager is onsite 24/7 provide tremendous peace of mind during her time at camp.
I liked the fact that you keep the dogs going all day and don't just lock them in a cage for 4 or 5 hours a day. The day that we brought our dog for her interview there were 70 dogs there and the inside pen had a very strong doggie order. I realize it was a holiday weekend but I feel you should not have taken in that many dogs.
also, the website says that they have things for them to climb and jump over and crawl through but I have never seen any.
