We love how the staff at Camp Bow Wow are always happy to see Nala and, when we pick her up, they give us a quick rundown of how she did/what her day was like. Also, having access to cameras to watch our dog play and knowing that a manager is onsite 24/7 provide tremendous peace of mind during her time at camp.
I liked the fact that you keep the dogs going all day and don't just lock them in a cage for 4 or 5 hours a day. The day that we brought our dog for her interview there were 70 dogs there and the inside pen had a very strong doggie order. I realize it was a holiday weekend but I feel you should not have taken in that many dogs.
also, the website says that they have things for them to climb and jump over and crawl through but I have never seen any.
Everyone is super professional and clearly loves dogs. I feel confident that they will take really good care of Murphy when we go away or during doggie day camp. Murphy clearly loves going there. What better endorsement?
The cleanliness and the attentiveness of the staff to the dogs. It was nice to watch my dog on the cams and see her playing, and also seeing a staff member present at all times. Thank you [NAME REMOVED]
