The staff takes great care of my dog. They always have such kind things to say about him. They genuinely seem to like having him stay there. They see his loving, sweet side. They call him a "love bug" and he is but usually I am the only one who sees that side
I really appreciate that.
They take great care of Charlie. Charlie loves it there and literally drags me to the door to go in! It's about a two hour round trip to drop her off - that should tell how we feel about CBW.... This last stay she got sick and they brought her all the way to her regular vet (all was ok). A++
Appreciate the staff at CBW, they are accommodating and treat my dog well. I like the App with camera's to check in. Boarding at CBW is great as the dog gets to spend the day hours in daycare and not stuck in a crate/kennel for the entire day. I never feel guilty about leaving my dog here while I go on vacation as I know he will get a lot of attention and time to interact with staff and other dogs.
Yall's employees are always happy, professional, and treat every dog coming in like they're excited to see each one of them. The kennel always seems clean and well run, we've never had any issues with scheduling because y'all have great and flexible hours.
Outside of all that great stuff... :) the most important thing is our dogs ALWAYS seem to love coming to Camp Bow Wow. We had a dog boarding facility/day care open up closer to our house in Summerville but have used Camp Bow Wow for years so we reluctantly tried this new facility. Our dog Beau, who is your typical goofy, happy go lucky, everyone's best friend hound dog, cowered in their lobby two different times we took them back for return visit daycare which is ABSOLUTELY not like him. But when we get ready to go to Camp Bow Wow... we look at him and say "wanna go to Camp Bow Wow?" And our 75 lb hound dog gets some serious air because he starts jumping up and down until he gets into the car. Halfway down Clements Ferry he starts excitedly whining and pacing and then when we get into Camp Bow Wow he is all tail wags and can't wait to leave his humans... we no longer exist haha. Our experience at the other facility was a good lesson for us just as to how important selecting not a GOOD kennel, but the RIGHT kennel for our dogs is. We don't know what happened at that other kennel but Camp Bow Wow will ALWAYS be our facility as long as we live in Charleston. Thank y'all for all that you do!
