I like everything. I love the fact that Layla literally cries when she gets in the parking lot and pull me toward the door to get in. Once in she jump on the door to the back if no one is out front and barks until someone open the gate. Layla runs in and runs out. I love the staff. They are all so kind and courteous and I know that Layla is well cared for and well love. I also like the grooming she gets each time she comes. Layla looks like the princess she is, lol with the little neck kerchief. Finally I like the little touches like the Mother's day card. What a thoughtful and funny gesture. Again I love Camp Bow Wow and I tell everyone where I take Layla each week.
Always available (don't need to call ahead for a daycare spot). Seems like everyone working there really likes dogs! Our dog is always excited to go to camp & is worn out at the end of the day. Also like that boarding is integrated with the camp & that it's usually pretty easy to get a spot reserved.
My only issue with sending her to camp is that she smells so, so bad when she comes home. There's probably nothing that can be done to prevent this, since I assume it's mostly the smell of other dogs that are playing together all day, but it is something that makes me think twice about whether to send her. Usually I plan on having to give her a quick bath or rinse when she gets home, which isn't always convenient.
Everyone is so friendly and really gets to know my dog. I love when they share stories of what he did that day. The video cameras are an amazing way to provide peace of mind. My dog loves visiting and I love a tired pup!
