Having to board my dog at Camp Bow Wow is a no brainer for me. Why? First my pet and I are greeted with a warm welcome, the facility is always clean, I love the doggie cams as I call them so Mommy can peep in once in a while, the camp counselors treat each pet as if their are special when they arrive and guess what they are special. I've bearded my pets in other places but they don't come close to CBW. I also love the extra amenities that I can add on from a bath to cuddle times.

Staff is really kind to dogs at arrival and departure. Dogs have a variety of activities each week and can opt for additional 1-on-1 cuddle time or fetch for a reasonable charge. Great to have a grooming option right on premise. Overwhelmed as they are, I hope they are able to hire some additional staff for the front desk.

I really appreciated the friendly customer service as well as the prompt availability of getting my dog in for a first time evaluation. I especially loved being able to see him on the live cam at any time during the day. They had larger areas inside and out for all of the dogs to play and they even provided a water pad for those dogs who loved the water and needed to cool down. My dog was more relaxed and chilled out after one day with them. I could see he was engaged and loved meeting his new friends!

I have been very pleased from day one beginning with desk staff. Both professionally and personally toward me and my Doberman. My Dobie gets very excited in the car if we're anywhere near camp.
This alone tells me it's a great place. But add to this they have cameras so we can watch our dogs interact with each other in any of the play rooms. There are also staff that wander around in these rooms to meet a need if needed and wander around petting the pups. I really like this so dogs relax with them and fills in as parents petting attention.
It's a very clean facility.
Pets can stay for what time frame owners need. Few hours or days.
