Really like the consistency of Bow wows across the board - you always know you’ll be getting great service from great employees! We started at the Coppell location ten years ago and even though we moved to a different city, we felt so good about leaving our pups there while visiting friends in the area over Labor Day weekend. Linda the owner, and crew are the best!
Camp Bow Wow is the absolute BEST place ever! Our dog loves going to play with her friends twice a week, and is even more excited when we leave town and she gets to stay the night for sleepovers! The staff is super friendly, and we've grown very attached to Camp Bow Wow! Ellie sits next to the back door and whines for us to take her, even on the days she doesn't go. :) Sometimes we cave, and give her a bonus day. :)
The staff is friendly and very informative. I have a 93lb Labrador Retriever who is full of energy and just can’t seem to get enough play time at home. Since taking Max to camp, I am super pleased to pick him up and find him peacefully sleeping after dinner time. And seeing his excitement as we walk through the doors is a cherry on top.
I recently brought my dog, Louie, to Camp Bow Wow Coppell for the first time. It was great to hear that he enjoyed playing with other dogs and "didn't seem to miss us while we were gone!" Louie will definitely be back in the future!
We boarded our 8 month old puppy for the first time at Camp Bow Wow Coppell, she was a little shy at first and the counselors did a great job looking out for her and petting her as she wouldn't leave their side. We liked being able to check in on her using the app on our phones. It was great knowing she was doing just fine. Your team is very organized and they seem to enjoy what they do. We'll be back. It's great to know we have an outstanding place to board Callie when we head out of town.
I enjoyed how happy my Grace was to leave me. When I picked her up and I was provided the package with that picture of Grace that was awesome. She was very comfortable with everyone there and that made me feel at ease when I dropped her off.
I like that the pet get to play and socialize with one another and that I can check in to view them on the video feed. My dog enjoys going there and is happy to arrive and happy to see me when I come to pick them up. They do an excellent job making sure vaccinations are up to date to protect all the campers present.
Watching on the web cam, it is pretty clear that the dogs are well cared for, and the staff working there seems to really like what they do. The challenge for me is exercising three Border Collies - you can’t wear them out. When I brought them home they flopped happily on the floor - the sure sign of a happy dog. There is no better endorsement.
