We have never had a bad experience with the times that our Furbaby has vacationed at Camp Bow Wow. However, the last time was over and beyond any expectation. We had to leave town abruptly due to a family emergency and they were able to take her in that day for an unspecified amount of time. She somehow injured herself during her stay and Jazmine watched the camera footage to try to find out what happened but was unable to determine a cause. She remained in constant contact with us with updates. She got her to the vet and taken care of. She took special care of our baby and I'm eternally grateful to her and the the rest of the team that gave her extra love while I was unable to be there.

The staff are so friendly a d take such good care of my pups while they are there. My pups love going there, whether it be just for the day or for a few days. I know I can trust my pups to be well taken care of when they are at Camp Bow Wow.
