This has been our Go-to place for some time; staff is attentive, sharp and pick up and drop off are a breeze - especially drop off - in the door and someone is there to take your dog, knows your dog's name, and says "have a good day". I love this place and my dog gets crazy when we drive in the area - he wants to go every day!
I was major impressed and it was awesome to watch all the other dogs come through the lobby pulling their owner in excitement wanting to join their friends in the back.
I liked having the ability of checking in on my girl using your cameras.
Staff was extremely friendly and supportive of my shy puppy. They tried to interact with her in any way possible and were very patient. Building was clean, someone was ALWAYS in the pen watching the pups. Lots of play time indoor and outdoors.
Only thing I wish for is to put large shy/timid dogs with other large shy/timid dogs in a pen together only because I somewhat feel bad that my puppy was put in with the other hyper dogs, an hour after arriving, even though she showed nervousness and hid almost the entire 8 hours she was there.
She unfortunately weighs too much to be put in with the smaller, less hyper dogs.
Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this place! Once my pup comes out of her shell more, I will definitely be bringing her back! :)
I know the people at Camp Bow Wow love my Tennessee Rose as much as I do! She comes home happy and anxiety-free (which is saying a lot, since she doesn't love strangers or being away from home). I can go on vacation with peace of mind, and I'm so thankful for that!
