Took my dog there so she could be around people and other dogs to see how she did, and will be taking her back! It was nice watching on camera throughout the day, and the staff there were very nice to her, especially since she wanted to do nothing but hang out with them all day.

I love everyone I’ve engaged with there and feel confident my dogs are being well taken care of! I also love the idea that I can take them to other locations if absolutely necessary or if this location is full. My biggest reason to not give a 10 is that I wish the dog play pens are bigger so that they can run around, especially when it’s busy.

Camp Bow Wow Hgh Five is one of the BEST! Their staff goes over and above to create a stimulating environment for the dogs. Their concern for each individual dog is evident from the moment that you walk in. They are able to put the dogs at ease.

We have been loyal customers of Camp Bow Wow in Naples, FL for years and were excited to continue our experience at the Dallas location after our recent move. We were particularly impressed by the positive Google reviews. However, we were extremely disappointed with our recent experience. When we picked up our dog, he did not smell clean as he always does after staying at the Naples location. We had to give him a bath when we got home, and we are not even sure if he was even given a bath in the first place. Furthermore, the facility itself had a noticeable odor of marijuana, which was quite surprising and concerning. Given these significant shortcomings, we will unfortunately not be returning to this Camp Bow Wow location.

Everyone is so nice and accommodating at Camp Bow Wow. My dog Penny loves camp and everyone there- she doesn’t even look back to me when I drop her off. They’re just the best!!

The staff was very nice and informative. I liked the ability to see how my dog was doing on his first visit to camp. Once I saw him having a great time I was at ease and let him stay and enjoy a longer a visit.
