The Denver Central location is awesome! They are happy to take my very high energy girl when another Camp Bow Wow location could not handle her. They clearly have lots of experience managing the dogs so all are safe, all have fun, and all get the care they need. Thank you!
Nola loves going there and staff is friendly. Things have seemed to always run smoothly for us, and I especially appreciate how Shelly watches my charges to make sure I get the best deal (if card has run out or a weekly special.)
Last week I sent Nola one day and when I picked her up for the evening realized I had to send her again the next day. I asked if they'd charge me an overnight instead of the 2 full days rate, and they said they couldn't. I completely understand that, and it is completely fine, but would be a nice little treat every once in a while for regulars. Just a thought.
It’s great walking in and having staff recognize my dog by name and notice when we haven’t brought her in to daycare recently! It makes me feel secure and relieved to know they care! They are always friendly and attentive and they seem to really care about the cleanliness of their building!! We love camp bow wow!
You know my dogs and their personalities! I feel comfortable with the staff and the environment. You keep a clean and organized facility which is important when working with so many animals in one place.
My pup loves going to Camp Bow Wow to play with all of his buddies! I feel confident leaving him while on vacation knowing that he is very happy and comfortable. And I love that I can see how much fun he’s having on the live webcams!
We only have been once, but we were very pleased with our experience! Shelly greeted & on-boarded our pup Reggie - she was so welcoming, thorough, and kind. She gave us both a tour of the facility and took her time to answer questions and explain processes. We loved that we were able to watch Reggie on cameras all day!!! He seemed definitely hesitant at times but never scared or unhappy. There was always at least 1-2 people supervising the dogs, he got plenty of outdoor time, and the staff were very on top of watching out for escalating behaviors. By the end of the day he seemed to be playing more with the other dogs and exploring his surroundings. I love that they use squirt bottles for redirection instead of yelling so that other dogs aren't being inadvertently scolded. He was POOPED at the end of the day. We can't wait to come back for more daycare and for future overnight boarding needs.
We've boarded Poncho for multiple days a few times now, and he LOVES it. He doesn't even look back at us when we drop him off, which used to be an issue whenever we had to board him at a different place.
