1st time for an interview. Staff were very friendly and concerning about the dog. We got to watch him interacting with other dogs. The did not come home with any sign of negative feelings. We given a very complete evaluation and everyone was very involved and watchful of the dog.

Ease of dropping and picking up. Being able to see mt pet. The only criticism I would have is…I wished I could see a live feed of other rooms (ie sleeping area). Only seeing the play area is sometimes difficult to find my pet since there are so many.
