Staff member rude when greeting me, very sarcastic. Dogs are squirted with water when trying to play during “ playtime “?? Left to lay down on urine covered cement floor all day!! Never taken to private kennel for a break. Came home smelling like urine

Camp Bow Wow has done wonders for Abby’s confidence around people and other dogs. She is submissive by nature but it was so prevalent that she couldn’t enjoy other puppies at the dog park. With Camp Bow Wow and exposure to other dogs, without me to hide behind, she has found out how fun playing with other dogs can be!!

I like the ease of creating an account profile and uploading the vaccination information for my pets. The review process was quick. I love the gradual introduction of other dogs to my pets. This is my 1st time bringing them to doggy daycare. Staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding of my trepidations as a newbie. There are other services that were explained to me (of which I have yet to exercise). I love the doggy cams and the freedom to check on my fur babies. I would highly recommend this facility to other dog owners!

It’s probably impossible but I thought there would be more enrichments with the dogs. Basically a controlled environment with one person letting g dogs roam around each other. We are retired at home and my puppy followed the worker jumping on her. That’s not what we were looking for and might be impossible for you to do since you are a buisness. I’m sure you provide a service for a lot of workers in need.

I like that they are open long hours during the day which has been great with my work schedule. My dog very rarely can’t be boarded there and it is a nice place to rely on. My dog loves going to Camp bow wow and it is nice to drop him off and not worry about him during that time.

Camp bow wow is the absolute best. We have been boarding our dog Winston here for extended stays for about 2 years… and every visit I feel more comfortable with the care I know he will receive. The staff is always so excited to see him when he checks in and share the cutest stories about his behavior during his stay. The facility is clean, they accommodate special feeding requests, the dogs are all so friendly, and you can even check in on your pup via the app cams. It can be so hard leaving your pup for trips but there are no better hands to leave them in than Camp Bow Wow Elk Grove!
