Check in and check out is efficient and staff is always friendly. Our dog loves coming here to play and stay when we are out of town. She knows where she's going when we pull into the parking lot and can't wait to get inside.

Camp Bow Wow Elk Grove is simply exceptional! From the moment we walked in, it was clear that this facility is dedicated to providing top-notch care for our furry friends. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely loves all animals. They took the time to understand my dog's unique needs and preferences, ensuring he felt comfortable and loved. The facility is clean, spacious, and equipped with fantastic play areas that keep dogs entertained and engaged. I was particularly impressed with the live webcams, which allowed us to check in on our pup anytime we wanted, providing peace of mind. Our dog came home happy, well-exercised, and relaxed, which is a testament to the excellent care he received. The grooming services were also outstanding, leaving our dog looking and smelling great. Camp Bow Wow Elk Grove goes above and beyond in every aspect. We couldn't be happier with the experience and highly recommend it to any pet owner looking for a reliable, loving, and fun place for their dog. This place truly deserves a 10 out of 10!

Ease of booking appointments on the app. Also the camera allow me to sneak a peek of my fur baby when I want to check on how he’s doing. The staff at camp are very friendly. They know my dog and I can tell he enjoys his time there.

The employees are always friendly and they treat my dogs as if they were their own. I appreciate that they offer a veteran’s discount and a discount if multiple dogs stay together. I just wish they weren’t closed between 11am and 4pm. I understand the need to close for lunch or maybe to take care of the animals but I think maybe they could close for a shorter amount of time (11am-2pm) to allow people to pick up their animals prior to 4pm

It’s the first time going to Camp Bow Wow, and I like their process to accept your dog to attend their camp or be boarded. Making sure they have all their vaccines. They ensure that the pet is suitable for the environment and encourage you to leave your pet there as long as possible. I also like the ability to look at the play yards to see how your pet is reacting. I think it will be a good experience for my Axel when I have to board him and to have a place to go play for the day

My 8 is not reflecting the people that work there. They are amazing and I appreciate them all. I also understand charges should be increased based on the economy. However, I don't understand why the additional surcharges on top of the increase. Between the increase in daily boarding, specific date surcharges and checkout time surcharge has not been convenient. But the service amazing everytime
