I loved everything about camp Bow Wow. I was greeted very warmly when I arrived. The interview process was very informative for both me and my dog. I really appreciated the fact that I could check in on my dog through your app. I’m looking very forward to bringing polkadot for a day of fun and games. I am letting all my friends know what a wonderful facility camp Bow Wow is.

The staff was very helpful in establishing my pet's requirements for care at this location. She emerged from an overnight stay happy and apparently well taken care of. I am a frequent visitor to the area and will feel very comfortable to take my dog here for play days or overnight boarding.

Great communication and a genuine care and concern for our pugs. At a recent overnight stay, our pugs decided to stop eating. The staff at Camp Bow Wow immediately reached out to let us know and offered to add chicken and chicken broth to their food - first also checking to see if there were any food allergies - to see if that helped. It worked! Walter and Barry enjoyed the remainder of their stay without issue.

I liked that there was an initial assessment and that my puppy was able to try the facilities for a whole day before I had to make a decision. I also liked being able to watch him throughout the day and see myself how he was doing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
