Kimber is always SO EXCITED(!!!) to come to camp! She comes home exhausted and VERY happy. Additionally, I can't say enough GOOD things about the staff. They are constantly observing and attentive to the dogs (not distracted by personal phones, etc.) and always observing what's going on to be sure everyone is getting along. They are extremely trustworthy with the care and safety of my girl.
Friendly staff, liked the fact that there was an interview/introduction process for my dog, and I was able to view it on the screen. Liked the little report and picture that was presented when I picked up my dog at the end of the day, and the list of friends that my dog made
Our little Sophie has so much fun at Camp and is happily exhausted when she comes home. She is always excited when we arrive in the parking lot and is so happy to she her camp counselors. I completely trust the staff with our little girl and have enthusiastically recommended their services to friends and family.
The staff is very friendly and is always happy to see my dog. My dog is always excited to get to camp, she even got super excited when she recognized a staff member at the dog park outside of Camp. I consider a good sign to have a happy tired dog coming home!
Friendly staff who are not only good with people and customer service, but who obviously love animals, Very accomodating and helpful following the death of my 19 year-old son 2 months ago. In general, you have proven to be a reliable, safe, and happy place for our dog the past 8 years.
The attention my dogs receive. Staff seem to really care about my dogs. They always seem to be in really good shape when I pick them up after they have been boarded. I also like being able to view my dogs with the online camera when they are at Camp Bow Wow. I wish camera time was more available on Sundays. I like to make sure I have no need to worry about the care they are getting!
Actually the cameras. I feel a LOT better since I'm able to watch my dogs. I've always been leery of day cares where you really don't have any idea what's going on. I also like the people at Camp in Fort Collins. They remember the dogs names (who cares about mine!) which is important to me and they get right back to you if you leave a voice message or email.
