My dog(s) have always had a great experience here. I have been coming here for at least 10 years... money well spent!! The staff is great and my pups are always worn out by the time I pick them up! Highly recommend Camp Bow Wow!
Amy! As my husband and I were driving to Chicago to move me, we received a call informing us that this facility was closing down due to the Shelter in In Place. We do not have family and because of the Covid 19 epidemic, had no one to call to pick up our two dogs. Amy reassured us that the Westminster facility was great and that she personally was driving them over there and will her name as well as ours if something should happen. During a stressful time, Amy provided us with the comfort we needed knowing our dogs were going to be safe and well cared for during their stay.
I cannot thank Amy enough for her compassion for our dogs and going above and beyond to ensure they were well taken care of during their stay. Our profound gratitude goes to Amy!
There's nothing like the skill set at Camp Bow Wow golden. They know how to handle my fur baby with love and compassion. They have a surveillance system that I can get into at any moment of the day for free. On countless occasions of using the surveillance system I am able to see exactly what's happening in real time. I notice the staff showing love, training, refilling water bowls, and ensuring a tidy play area. Thanks to the team at Camp Bow Wow golden my fur baby has a second home.
I love Camp Bow Wow. Your staff is so good with my dog and take good care off him. I never have to worry about how he is doing when he is at Camp Bow Wow and even if I do, I can check the cameras to see how he is. Your staff is always very friendly and helpful. Thank you for being such a great service!
I love the "play all day" part of boarding, and that my dogs come home exhausted (and we imagine they're exhausted enough that they just sleep all night and are too tired to miss us).
I also like that there are multiple yards which allows for fewer dogs per yard. We put our dogs in another place recently, and when I watched them on the doggie cam one of them seemed really stressed, overwhelmed and overstimulated because there were SO many dogs all in one yard. But I didn't see that same reaction in him at Camp Bowwow, so that was a relief.
