Consistently good service, well trained and knowledgeable staff, and always remembers and knows the specifics of taking care of our pets. Also enjoy the enrichment activities offered… Snuggle time for a dog that is being boarded is an amazing way to reduce the stress of the visit and the photos the staff sends from snuggle time is a great way to keep in touch with your pet when you’re traveling and know they are being very well taken care of.

Drop-off and pick-up were easy. They did a great job with our dog's bath and nails. This is definitely our preferred boarding location for when we travel and can't take our dog with!

Our dog Remi is SO important to my family. It breaks our heart when we have to leave him behind.... these young caretakers LOVE dogs and it shows in everything they do. It's not easy caring for a pack of dogs small, big, young, old. If there is a health concern we've been notified immediately. Thank you Bow Wow!
