I love the ease of making a reservation and getting a speedy confirmation. I love that I can book them online without having to call or email. I also love the welcoming atmosphere and that I can watch cameras through the day if I want to check in on my dog.

I was very impressed with the staff members who took the time to talk with us and explain how the boarding process works and show us the facilities. Everything was very clean and all the dogs looked happy. Our pup enjoyed his interview day and didn’t seem to want to leave. It made us feel better to know that he will be staying somewhere that he is being well taken care of.

The Grand Prairie CBW team is very engaged at all levels. I check-in on my dog via the camera's from time to time and always see engagement. They know his name and his habits. It's a good feeling to know I can trust them to take care of my baby.

Camp Bow Wow facilities and personnel are fantastic. I like how they always try to accommodate our pups' needs. It's also pretty cool to be able to watch our dogs on the app's camera while we are away on long vacations.
