All of the employees are pleasant and like dogs. So nice to Katie. And she seems to be well supervised at daycamp. And she always has so much fun. The facility is very clean. Katie gets her toenails clipped at Bow Wow and baths too and that is convenient. What else can I say? No complaints!

Sweet staff, good experience. The only thing I would like to see is a discount for the large number of dogs we have. We have 7 dogs - small and easy going. (Cavaliers) They will all stay in the same suite and the incremental cost cannot be the same as the individual cost. A recognition of that level of trust and patronage on our part would be appreciated.

We were in from out of town and needed a safe place for our dog to stay during the day. We go to Camp Bow Wow in our home city, and the staff at the Grapevine/DFW location was very helpful in telling us how to set up our pup’s stay with them. The staff there was very warm and welcoming. A few times during the day we logged onto the webcams to check on our pup and every time she seemed happy and the staff was circulating around the play area monitoring and petting the dogs. Thank you for caring for our pup and making her day at camp enjoyable!

Our pups love to go to Camp Bow Wow! The staff treats our pups like they are their own. I enjoy having the ability to watch my pups play on the live feed camera and see how happy they are while I’m away. It’s a relief knowing that they are being well taken care of while I’m gone.

We use Camp Bow Wow for boarding, daycare and grooming. We love being able to check on our dog on camera all day! The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they always respond quickly to any concerns we have. We love the new enrichment programs they've recently added so our dog gets a little extra fun when she's there. We trust Camp Bow Wow to keep our dog safe and happy when she can't be with us.
