Great customer service for my dog and myself! I love that there is an attendant present while all the dogs are together. And that the attendant interacts with the dogs. You can tell they really care.
My dog simply loves going to Camp Bow Wow. Her first time, she was nervous but now I swear its her favorite place in the world. I work a lot, so we started her out in daycare until she was properly potty-trained so there wouldn't be any accidents while I was away. She also has terrible separation anxiety as well. Now she goes there when I feel like she needs a long day of running with her puppy pals, or if I am traveling for work, I use their boarding services. She recently went simply because I was deep cleaning the apartment and didn't want her to be surrounded by the fumes, and also because I had the carpet cleaned and it takes awhile to dry. Now that she had gotten a little older (2.5years) she just goes occasionally but every time she arrives she is greeted like she was just there yesterday and she leaves me without even saying goodbye. I also love their bathing service. They are better than her usual groomers for a fraction of the cost.
*She had been going since she was 8 months old.
We have used their services for a number of our dogs over the last 8 years. It is very apparent that the staff takes caring for all dogs very seriously. Clean building , friendly staff , and tired dogs . Can’t ask for much more.
Clean, clean, clean!!! Cleanliness is very important to us.
Caring, caring, caring! Your staff is the most caring and concientious of them all. We can't imagine trusting our aging Snow doggie to anyone else.
Above & beyond. We recently were delayed returning for an entire day but the staff made sure our dog got his regular food, even though I had not packed extra.
Eleven years of doing business here and they have never disappointed us. We recommmend Camp Bow Wow to everyone we know.
Already recommended to several people. I love that I can see my dog during the day. I love that I not only see my dog playing but I see staff petting him, loving on him, and keeping an eye on hm. I’m impressed that after only 2 visits when I called to make a reservation and told the girl my dog’s name she said “Oh, the little German Shepherd.” That made me feel like he was important to the staff. I’m very happy with the service and feel comfortable leaving my precious fur baby in the care of Camp Bow Wow staff.
