We're sorry that the situation with the uncleaned spot on the bridge wasn’t addressed at the moment (we wish it could have been). We will definitely remind our team of how important these details are. We're human, but we work hard to ensure our space is safe, clean, and comfortable for all dogs. Regarding your dog's water intake, we always keep fresh water available for the dogs, and we’re sorry if that wasn’t visible to you during your observation. Like we always say, it is completely normal for dogs, especially a 13-year-old senior dog, to drink a lot more when they get home after an active day. Even my own dogs, regardless of age, tend to drink a ton after a day of play, as they can get extra thirsty, just like we do after a workout.
