Staff was very friendly during the entire process. I was looking for a place to keep our dog during a storm when all the boarding places by our house were not accepting pets due to no power. They made the process quick and painless to get him in and out. They are life savers!!!

The staff really get to know my dog and her eccentricities. They noticed when she was favoring one back leg over the other and made allowances for her and immediately notified me. They were open during the power shutdown after Hurricane Beryl, giving my dog a much needed respite from the heat at home. She’s always excited to go to Camp and is so tired that she sleeps the rest of the day and the following day at home. She gets depressed if she doesn’t go to Camp for a while.

I love the amount of time the dogs spend out of their cabins with workers and other dogs. I love that you can see your dog on the camper cam during the day if you’d like. I also like the text updates and pictures sent daily and the activities and photo opportunities offered at times.

We loved Camp Bow Wow Humble. They were able to take in our pups last minute after our normal location lost power. They also sent us daily photos of our dogs in daycare and were very communicative throughout our travel. Overall this location is clean and everyone was friendly. It's far from where we live but close to IAH so it was simple to drop them off before out flight. Highly recommend using Camp Bow Wow for boarding.
