Our dogs always have a great time. All of the employees are great and I don't feel guilty about leaving my dogs behind while we go on vacation. This is one of the few places that let the dogs play most of the day in the play areas with other dogs, than keeping them in their kennels. We've been using them for over 6 years.

Staff was very friendly and customer oriented. Cleanliness of facility was important. Needed to give food for lunch per our instructions but it was given at 4PM instead.

The staff is amazing from drop off to pick up. Very cordial and polite. Helpful if you call during the day to see how your dog is doing. At pick up very informative about how the day went. Can’t say enough good things about Camp Bow Wow Baymeadows Jacksonville

I absolutely love the people and the place. My dog loves comeing to camp.. I've been bringing Sky for years now and it's her most favorite place... one of her most favorites people work there.. Caitlyn is a amazing worker..I know that when I drop my dog of that she is safe and comfortable and surrounded by a bunch of people that adore her...
