Great place to board your pet!! Our dogs get to spend time with other dogs and they have their own little “cabin”. The staff is friendly and the place is very clean. Two thumbs up!

After I brought back my dog from his evaluation for boarding, I noticed a big bruise with dry blood on his back. I wasn’t notified of how this happened to him.

You don’t interact with the dogs — it’s actually heartbreaking and cruel to watch on the video cams how the humans utterly ignore the dogs. The rooms look cold, spartan, and lack any stimulation. It looks like the dog equivalent of a prison yard.

Nothing major, overall you do a really great job considering the amount of dogs you board/care for each day. The only thing I'd love to see in the future would be camper cams for the the sleeping areas other than just the VIP suites. Not a "need" though, just a "want" haha

The interview process was easy. I was nervous about how my puppy was going to get along, but she did great! She’s shy without her brother so they suggested I bring her more often so she gets socialized.
