Took our dog last minute, he's usually more nervous at doggy daycare but seemed really comfortable here. They gave us a tour of the place so we could see where he would be. They really seem to care and love for the dogs

Staff was friendly, facility was well maintained, and I have full confidence in boarding my dog with CBW in the future because of the vetting process and care from the team. Also the cameras were great. One recommendation is that in the suites there could be audio.

It was great it is always an amazing experience sending our dog here for a weekend to socialize and get bathed! We scheduled snuggle sessions and it was cute only problem was on the second days snuggle session the guy, his name is marshal, sent a bunch of selfies of him instead of my dog, which was weird because like she wasn’t snuggling it was like he had a photo shoot with my dog, like not hating but marshal please I have no idea who you are and I didn’t ask for 6 selfies. On the other hand my dog came home smelling fresh and looking like a happy baby so I’m happy.

Gumbeaux always seems happy and well loved by your staff. He is excited when he sees where he is going and anxious to get to the back and play. He is always very tired when I pick him up, regardless of whether he boards or goes for a play day. That tells me he is very interactive and getting lots of exercise.

I was impressed with the immediate attention my pup and I got! They seemed very comfortable handling her and she went with them quite willingly. I was able to observe them on camera in a large play room as they introduced several dogs to her 1 at a time. My dog LOVES to play with other dogs and at her old kennel she was only allowed out of a travel kennel 4x per day. She is used to a fenced acre to roam and play in at home. I could tell how excited she was and she looked like she was having a BLAST! I watched her play on my phone once I left and she appeared SOOO HAPPY! When I picked her up, it took her a little while in the car to calm down, but by the time I got her home, exhaustion had set in. She slept the rest of the afternoon til supper time and actually finished her food! I was very pleased. My pup will definitely be returning for play days and for boarding while we are out of town! I recommend Camp Bow Wow to anyone with a dog who needs to be boarded at times.

I love that my dog gets plenty of playtime and is well taken care of. I also love all the extras such as pictures and enrichments. The employees are great and seem to give all their dogs in their care love.
