Staff is really nice and careing, always helpful. They are so friendly towards the dogs; as if they were their own. I really like taking Delta to Camp Bow Wow and she enjoys playing with her "friends". I

Picked up my dog after 7 days. They asked at drop off what time we would be picking him up and if we wanted him to have a bath. I was excited to pick up my clean dog. When I arrived 10 minutes after the time we had told them, they brought him out. I immediately noticed that he had matted hair on both ears. I do not routinely brush my dog but thought that maybe his ears were bothering him and would cut out the mattes once I got home so blew it off and did not mention it. Once I got to the car I noticed a horrible smell. I looked and his behind and part of his tail were covered in feces. Unfortunately his welcome home to the family involved rubber gloves, scissors, and another bath. Not what any of us wanted!

My dogs love Camp Bow Wow! The counselors are awesome with the dogs! My dogs love running around and playing with the other dogs. It's also a great social environment for them. I never hesitate to take them to Camp Bow Wow -- It's a perfect place for my dogs! All I have to say is, "You wanna go play at Camp Bow Wow?" and they excitedly run to the door.

The friendly and competent staff. The place is clean and a nice building. Easy access to facility. Able to have pet placed easily at a short or emergency notice. Wish there would be a Camp Bow Wow in Franklin TN. All around care, cleaning, grooming and immunization (if needed) facility.

I liked how you individualized the experience. It was so welcoming walking into a new place seeing my dogs name, welcoming her to camp. This small detail plus the note at the end of the day was so nice.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by your friendly staff and I loved the Welcome Board with Patch's name on it. The webcams allowed me to watch him interact with the other dogs and also assured me that there was more than adequate human supervision throughout the day. The kicker though was when we returned for his second visit and he was scratching on the door to get in! His testimony speaks louder than mine.

Your confusion on my dogs' halters caused unnecessary trama at the end of their day. Next time ask me, some how, before you chose two completely different items. Someone was not paying attention.

Hi Ms. Rosenfeld, I am so sorry this happened! We have a great system in place to ensure harnesses, collars, etc are put on the correct pups, to alleviate any confusion! However, I am certain, this wont happen again! Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Your pups had a great time and I appreciate you allowing us to take care of them! Sincerely, Suzette, Owner, CBW, Lafayette

Frazier has kennel cough from his stay last week. Confirmed by our vet. This is now Fraziers second time getting this from this facility. My vet has seen anothe case from another parent. I'm very disappointed with you. The cost each time was well over $124 to treat Frazier. He was very sick but feeling better now. When we picked him up last week he looked sick and was quiet. Not him at all. I spoke to your staff and was told he had a bad cough. And I thought here we go again and I told her he had kennel cough after leaving here a while back and that I hope that's not it again. Your facility looks well kept but obviously your staff isn't cleaning properly. I wouldn't be surprised if you've had several cases this year already. Time will tell and as for Frazier he will never come back there.

Mr./Mrs Arceneaux, Thank you for your feedback. Feedback lets us know how we are doing whether it's deemed great or that we need to know something of concern. I have tried to call both numbers on your account to discuss your concerns about Frazier. We have not had any reported cases of kennel cough in several months. Do you know if your vet cultured it? I hope to speak to you about this. We go above and beyond to ensure the safety of campers while in our care, so naturally this concerns me. I hope we can make contact via phone soon. I am glad he is feeling better! Thank you for reaching out to me. Sincerely, Suzette

That staff seems very knowledgeable about working with 1st time campers and very patient with the parents! My camper seemed to have a great visit and I feel confident about leaving my fur baby with Camp Bow Wow for her summer camp.

The dogs seemed happy and well taken care of, but one of our pups came home sick with diarrhea. Probably just a case of being with other dogs, but an extra $100 vet visit after a vacation was not fun.

The cameras- when they are working. The supportive and friendly staff. The fact that the dogs have the opportunity to interact. What doesn't work is when the owner asks that treats or chews be given to the dogs and they are not, without explanation. That is troublesome.
