I love that my dogs are excited to go and tired when they leave. The staff are kind and wonderful people. When we need to board our fur babies I, know they are bring loved and well taken care of. The extra play and cuddle services give them that extra attention, and it's nice using the sofa services to have a clean, happy and vibrant baby to bring home. Truly the best at what they do! 💕

I would like to have seen where the dogs are kept......we were not shown around the facility, our dog was just taken away. I don't know how much attention she got because she sleeps alot. So more feedback on her behavior would have been nice & their personal time with her because I think she was on her own (which is what she is used to). The lobby was clean & all the dogs weren't barking. Next time I would ask to walk through to see the facility in person not just on a website.

Unfortunately both of our dogs developed Kennel cough 3 days after their visit.They were not around any other dogs besides at your facility. Don't know how you could prevent that in the future. Other than that everything was fine.

It was Tucker's first time at Camp Bow Wow. He seemed to enjoy his stay. I was a little concerned at first because I did not see him on the webcams any of the times I visited the first two days, but then I was able to see him. He looked happy :) Staff was very friendly and communicative. We would happily return in our next travels to Las Vegas. Thank you.

They are a very clean facility where the staff really cares and prioritizes the safety of the dogs. I've taken my dog to several around Vegas and this has been the best by far!

CBW has a well trained, caring staff. The facility is clean and sanitary. All the dogs must be up to date on shots and vetted for behavior.
