We dropped my dog off for a four day boarding trip. Upon pick up we received very little feedback about her experience. We were told she was shy. Upon getting home, we gave her a bath because she stunk and realized that no staff had noticed that my dog had diarrhea at some point and sent her home to me covered in her own feces. She had a skin rash/lost hair under her tail suggesting it had been a couple days. You can’t do anything about this visit to make it right, but moving forward you can implement “visit report cards” answering questions such as, “did my dog eat her food, did you give her the sedatives I sent with her” etc.

My pup is excited to go here. He is well taken care of and does t usually get sick. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. The employee took the time to give my car a jump as well. They go above and beyond!
