First off I have recommended Camp Bow Wow to a lot of people I meet during my work day so they too can have the piece of mind that their pup is happy and wellllll cared for. I have been with camp Bow Wow for over five years and my pup Rascal always loves to go and play or now since he is a senior they have nick named him the supervisor since he watches a lot. There is not any other place to take your pup if you care for him. They love, play with them and show them kindnessand know each dogs personality. Without Camp Bow Wow I would have to give up my pup since I work such strange hours. With their help and good people to care for him they are his foster parents. I know he is safe and happy while I am at work and always happy to come home. When I take him there he runs to see who is at the desk to give him his extrance milk bone and yes of course he gets an exit bone also. Rascal has them well trained, but they love him and he them also. I can't say how gratefull I am to everyone at Camp Bow Wow, They are saving my little boys [Rascal's] life to be with people he loves. Thank you to all the management and staff. Rascal is my life and he is a Katrina Survivor. A very special Pup and the love of my life. Thank You again and again. Vivian/Rascal
Our dog does not like change but he adapted well on his first stays and now enjoys going, both as a boarder and as a day camper. The cameras are great to watch your pup but all of the dogs seem to enjoy being there. The employees in with the dogs all seem to truly love the animals, and the dogs seem to like them too.
Every interaction feels personal and the team does a great job of not making the experience feel like a machine. It feels like they really truly love each animal that comes in. The vibe is super cheerful and caring. Plus I love the report card!
My dog is well taken care of and always comes out healthy and happy. I like the video cams - they work great even overseas so I can see my dog regularly. The hours are good , I just wish there was more of a discount for long term stays.
