A very friendly welcome during our first visit with our dog who emits stranger danger vibes. The person at reception was kind to our boy, approaching him slowly and allowing him to sniff her, before he happily trotted off to go meet new friends. We are regulars down in Denver metro but needed to use Loveland for a random meeting in the area. We’d be happy to go there again and 100% recommend! Thanks to all the staff who welcomed Oscar and took care of his play time.
