Dogs are out of their "cabins" during the day, allowed to socialize with other dogs while under supervision. Owners can check on their dogs during the day times via video cameras.

They are always very accommodating, and take very good care of the dogs! I always opt for a luxury suite for our girl, we like being able to check in on her at any time. We've had our dog at one other place and she did not want to go in, I wish we had followed her lead! When we went to pick her up 3 days later, she couldn't get out of there fast enough. She has stayed at Bow Wow twice, and no hesitation at all! Love this place and will always be the first choice for us!
