The staff treats Meatball like she’s their own, and there’s no better feeling when having to board our dog. She’s a member of our family and knowing we can trust them to provide the best experience for her means the world. We no longer live close to this camp and we still will make the drive because it’s worth it.

Staff was so nice and sweet and I loved how they explained the process and worked with me the entire time! I didn’t plan on using BowWow for daycare, more for boarding, but now I’m highly considering using the daycare more because my dogs loved it so much.

Overall I think this is a good place but would have liked some pictures of my pup when she was overnight 2 nights and we purchased a couple of extra packages for her to get a little extra attention. I think anyone that purchases these extras would appreciate seeing their pup enjoying the extra time as well as being sure that these extras are actually happening.

Great place to take our dog. . Staff is great! The interactions with the other dogs really helped our dog, she was so lonely after our other dog passed away. I would recommend Camp Bow Wow in McHenry..
