I thought it was strange that I wasn't asked to identify myself when I picked up my dog, since there was a different person at the front desk than when I dropped him off. I assume that most of the customers are regulars and can be recognized by the staff, but as a new customer I expected to at least be asked for my name.
When we picked up our dog from the Balmoral location I noticed right away that something wasn't right but didn't know what it was. When we got home he headed straight to his water bowl; he was so thirsty, he drank as though he hadn't had water for the entire day. Additionally he just did not act like himself until the next day; he almost acted scared or unhappy. Several times during the day, I viewed the cameras at your location and did not see any interaction with your employees and the dogs. That worries me. Dogs are social animals and there were just left to walk around the space; no toys, no playing with your employees, and no fun. That's not something I want for my dog. So my husband and I, along with our children, have decided not to bring him back to that location. We feel that he obviously did not have an enjoyable experience. Please cancel boarding reservation for Buster [LAST NAME REMOVED] on the 17th of May he will not be coming back to your location. If you wish to call us you can do so at [PHONE NUMBER REMOVED].
